Homework Assistance Study TableMap The Homework Assistance Study Table is held every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (first floor) during the academic year. The study table is staffed by volunteers. The goal of the Homework Assistance Study Table is to provide individual assistance to students with specific questions regarding their daily homework assignments. Although all students in the community are welcome, the academic levels of the students who attend are generally grades 4 to 12. Students do not need to register ahead of time -- just come at the scheduled time.

RCTC LIFE (Learning is ForEver) The Story of WW II Fighter AircraftMap A fascinating description and comparison of legendary U.S. World War II fighter aircraft. Seen through the eyes of an aeronautical engineer, but explained for non-engineers. A unique story of the history, design rationale, performance, strengths and limitations—drawn on historical sources, reports, pilots manuals and discussions with pilots of these aircraft. How did these planes perform against Axis aircraft?...and against each other? How did allied pilots rate these aircraft in formal military fly-offs? How did the Axis military rate them? Was there really a “best” fighter? Which aircraft were good enough to also contribute in Korea and the early Cold War? Tom’s two WWII aviation books will be for sale after the class.
